We run a very high end Airbnb apartment in the inner city and have been working with Cleanstay for two years. Maintaining five star hotel-quality servicing is essential to us and our guests, and partnering with Cleanstay gives us confidence in knowing our guests’ expectations are met.

Cleanstay has grown steadily in the last year and can easily manage a large number of back-to-back turnarounds – essential to professional accommodation providers like us, during the peak season. Unlike many commercial cleaning operators, Reena really understands short-term accommodation and owner’s requirements, and goes out of her way to be proactive and meet our expectations.

Reena has a real eye for detail and exceptionally high standards. The service is always accommodating, (even at the last minute from time to time!). We are thrilled to be working with the Cleanstay team.

I’ve been using these services for years now and they have made my life so much better. Reena’s crew took over the cleaning, linen restocking and door code setting for my apartment on K Road. They do a great turn around and have been highly flexible with my odd guest requests. I wish I had started using them soon!
